Dr. Kaplan is a board-certified general surgeon that completed his medical training at Wright State University School of Medicine, and his Internship/Residency MUSC Medical Center in Charleston, South Carolina. He is a member of the American Medical Association, the American Society of Breast Surgeons, and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He has been an established physician in the Mid-Ohio Valley since 2004.
